‘Tis a fab distraction, isn’t it? I had huge fun doing it even though it was a bit scary and I’ll very likely do it again from time to time (especially for some good bad singing – I’m totally up for that ).
But, after I’d posted last night, the thought occurred to me that it’s a tad exclusive really. I’m aware that some of the readers here are hearing impaired and I’m not 100% sure they’ll be equipped with the technological doodabs necessary to access my dulcet tones in their entirety.
Not that my every last word is worth hanging on to – hah! the very thought… – but I don’t want any friend of mine or any radfem who happens to be cruising by leaving here feeling like they’ve gatecrashed a party because I somehow left them off the invite list.
So I’d like to know, my hearing impaired friends, how was it for you? Email addy uptop there – let me know.
Hey Witchy! Re. the not being able to hear thing, it’s okay! I think maybe in the future there will be the option to subtitle things which are at the moment exclusive. That’s not to say I don’t think it sounds fun, it does! I would be able to talk/record stuff but not hear it…hehe. Which means I wouldn’t be able to tell if I sound like a prat or not! (I wonder if that’s a good thing…)
Ooo cool, v technological!
Your voice sounds really nice
I don’t know if I’d do any gabcasting: I hate the sound of my voice, especially when recorded, I probably don’t have the right oojamaflips, and I would get confused and forget what I’m talking about, making it a painful experience for all involved
But, but, but…I agree, the bad singing does sound fun!
I have a set of speakers, and some headphones finally, so I don’t know, maybe you can hear my Aussie accent sometime. (Though people around me tell me I have an American accent, I bet a non-australian would pick up how ocker I am.)

Oh, Oh, Oh…
You have a lovely voice! I’m loving your accent.
