Ok, here goes…..rummaging……got one. What page was it? Ah, 123. Right.

Feminists are among the optimists who believe that males’ proclivity to rape is largely a consequence of social and cultural forces, not biological ones. And, of course, having a desire to behave a certain way is not the same as actually behaving in that way, particularly in the case of antisocial behaviour.
